At Weswyn Roe, every piece is selected with care, and we hope it feels just as special when it arrives to you. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns on eligible items so you can shop with confidence.
Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you review the guidelines below before starting a return.
Eligibility
To ensure your item is accepted for return, it must be:

Sent back with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

Final Sale and Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will always be clearly marked at checkout.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags will not be eligible.
How to Return

Request Approval

Submit a return request via our [self-serve portal] or email us at info@weswynroe.com.

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email.

A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Package Securely

Repack your item in its original packaging or a secure mailer.

Affix the return label clearly to the front of the package.

Send It Back

Drop off your package to the carrier within 5 business days of receiving approval.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving your return.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order after initiating your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately at info@weswynroe.com.
