Return Policy
At Weswyn Roe, every piece is selected with care, and we hope it feels just as special when it arrives to you. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns on eligible items so you can shop with confidence.
Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you review the guidelines below before starting a return.
Eligibility
To ensure your item is accepted for return, it must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Sent back with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
Please note:

Final Sale and Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will always be clearly marked at checkout.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags will not be eligible.
How to Return
Request Approval
Submit a return request via our self-serve return portal or email us at info@weswynroe.com.
Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label by email.
A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Package Securely
Repack your item in its original packaging or a secure mailer.
Affix the return label clearly to the front of the package.
Send It Back
Drop off your package with the carrier within 5 business days of receiving approval.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving your return.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store Credit
Store credit issued by Weswyn Roe is valid toward eligible merchandise available at the time it is issued.
As Weswyn Roe continues its transition from a curated boutique to offering original, in-house designed collections, previously issued store credit may only be redeemed on eligible curated merchandise and select existing inventory. Store credit cannot be applied toward Weswyn Roe Designs, limited-edition releases, or future original collections unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order after initiating your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@weswynroe.com.
We will cover the return shipping in these cases.
You may choose between a replacement item or a full refund.
